Adaptation to the CE Marking of Garage Doors

  • System Door & Devices SL adapts garage doors, from any manufacturer, to community regulations. You will receive complete advice from one of our sales representatives and we will offer you the best possible solution for each specific case.

APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

Automatic garage door repair

For gates and barriers located in areas accessible to people and used for the passage of goods and/or vehicles.
  • Comprehensive with Labor Emergencies (SMIUL): Includes the Greasing and Inspection service for the Garage Door, including in any Repair the displacements, Labor and Spare Parts to be replaced that are part of the door itself. Including Emergency Service. 
  • Normal (SMN): Includes the Greasing and Inspection service for the Garage Door, with separate billing for any Repair that occurs in the quarter of Manpower, displacements and Spare Parts to be replaced that are part of from the door itself.

Fire door maintenance

Normal RF: (SMNRF) Includes review of:
  • Gaps and adjustment of the same 
  • Intumescent gaskets 
  • Peepholes: Glass Defects In double-leaf doors, closing coordination device 
  • If it exists, electromagnetic retention device.
A record of the maintenance carried out will be left in a document that records the operations carried out, which must be kept by the owner, as well as in a visible label attached to the door, indicating the date of the last maintenance, the name of the person who carried out and the date of the next maintenance to be carried out.
